Green Foothills is one of the organizations leading the charge, throwing in the protection of local farmlands, natural resources and all open spaces in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties for good measure. A California nonprofit corporation, Green Foothills rallies around protective legislation while working to educate and inspire the public.
