Come enjoy the outdoors and work to restore habitat at a county park! Volunteers should expect to support the restoration of this California ecosystem by pulling and using tools to remove French broom, a woody invasive plant. We will end our time together with a walk that showcases plants growing in Huddart Park!

Accessibility considerations include hiking on uneven and steep terrain, being outside for the entire length of the event, and kneeling, squatting, and standing to pull invasive plants. Volunteers will be supplied with gloves, kneelers, and all tools, including weed wrenches. Click here for event details.
