Keep your eyes peeled for signs of autumn and the coming winter on this 2.5-mile walk with a lunch break at the Wallace Stegner bench. Kids are welcome if they're attentive and 10 or older. Docents Susan Bernhard and Chris MacIntosh will lead.
Long Ridge OSP. Meet at the roadside pullout area on the west side of Skyline Boulevard, 3.6 miles north of Highway 9 or 3.3 miles south of Page Mill Road. 1-5pm. Free.
