Hey you, nature-lovin' writer! Hilltromper is looking for interns for the winter and spring. If you like playing in the outdoors, care about conservation and get a big shivery thrill out of writing accurately and well, we want to hear from you. We're two seasoned alt-weekly editors who can help you hone your journalistic and marketing skills while you bring your fierce intelligence and dazzling wit to the Hilltromper enterprise.
We ask for a commitment of 15 hours per week for 4 months. In exchange you'll learn and practice basic journalistic skills, interview fascinating people, help manage a vibrant events calendar, learn some principles of social media for business and become skilled at working with a content management system. Your resume will thank you, and you'll probably have fun. Who knows? We might even be your future favorite former bosses.
