The third Annual Latino Health Forum comes to Half Moon Bay with resources on healthy eating, mental wellbeing and how to incorporate physical activity into daily life. Activities include Yogiando (yoga and dance), cooking demonstrations, a bounce house and 5210 Healthy Steps Everyday.
