What could be healthier than an outdoor stroll with a doctor who's ready to listen? This spring, Midpeninsula Open Space District is teaming up with the San Mateo County Medical Association for regular Walk with A Doc events. Show up with your questions, and a bilingual physician will answer them as you walk through beautiful outdoor spaces getting fresh air and exercise. Plus you'll get a free pedometer, bottled water and healthy snack. Sweet deal!
